Nigel has been in the industry since 1998 and has been involved in significant change and development throughout the drilling industry during those years. From advances in equipment and technologies to educating drill crews in order to modify cultures allow for more satisfactory outcomes

During this period fundamental skills were acquired to operate and manage crews and equipment in harsh and remote working environments whilst maintaining a safe and productive operation along with developing and nurturing client relationships, Nigel’s drilling and supervisory experience encompasses remote exploration operations to all facets of mine site drilling requirements has proved to be a valuable asset in NDRC’s operation. Nigel is committed to staff safety and training, and seeking ongoing future contracts.

Dean Rizzi

Director

Dean has been actively involved in the drilling industry since 1993, starting as an offsider for Drill Corp. As a result of good work ethics, attitude and ability, quickly moved Dean up the ranks to Trainee Driller and within 12month to Relief Driller. This enabled him to move around Western Australia gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of drilling. Dean left Drill Corp in 2000 as a Driller Level 1 to work for Target Drillers as a Senior Driller. After two years in this position dealing with all aspects of drilling from RC grade control to exploration drilling to water bores and blast hole drilling he stepped up to supervisory level. Dean held this position for six years which involved staff management and training, stock control and ordering, reporting to management on budgets and schedules etc., Liaising with clients on their day to day requirements and drilling schedules,

Dean’s experience in both drilling and business management has proven to be a key contributor to ongoing success of NDRC Drillings, Dean’s main role in NDRC is with Client liaising, staff management, Drilling and Equipment Maintenance.

Andrea Krsinic

Office Administration

Andrea has been working in office management for more than 10 years, lives in Alexandra, New Zealand. Her role includes all office administration duties. She supports Dean and Nigel in all ways required.
